If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you receive from Dinky’s, we will be happy to issue a return or exchange, within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item has not been worn or washed, with it’s original tags attached. Please note that the only exceptions to our return policy are sale items which are considered final sale; no refunds or credits are available.

- A customer service representative will send you the address for the return shipment.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks to credit the correct amount to your credit card.
For your protection, we recommend that you return all items via a traceable carrier and method such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Dinky’s is not responsible for packages lost or not received if a tracking number is not provided. You are responsible for prepaying your return shipment, unless the items are damaged in any way when received. In this case, Dinky will issue a return label for you.
If you are exchanging an item, it will be shipped to you via standard ground delivery. We will process the shipment within 48 hours of receiving your return. If you need expedited shipping, let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure you receive your item when you need it. If you would like to order additional items, we can provide you with Dinky’s Store Credit and you can proceed to purchase the additional products on shopdinkys.com.
Dinky’s will happily issue a return or exchange on a gift item ordered from our online boutique, as long as the item is returned within 30 days of purchase, has not been worn or washed, and was marked as a gift when purchased. All items purchased from our online boutique must be returned with their original tags. Gift items received after 30 days will be subject to store credit in the amount it was purchased for.
